Before joining NBW, conservation biologist, Joe Guthrie, along with Mallory Lykes Dimmitt and celebrated nature photographer Carlton Ward, Jr., embarked on a journey to raise awareness of the need and potential for a wildlife corridor between the Everglades and the Florida-Alabama border. The Forgotten Coast is the acclaimed documentary film that chronicles their expedition - inviting viewers to experience with them the many richly diverse and threatened ecosystems, and to join in the important vision and work of preserving and reconnecting these ecosystems.
