Taran Jensvold
Taran joined NBW in the fall of 2018. Over the past eight years she has worked with design and planning firms in Houston, Denver, Philadelphia, and Melbourne on a wide range of project typologies, from cultural landscape planning for the National Park Service to site design for urban streetscapes and public gardens. She earned a Baccalaureate degree in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University in 2008 and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016, where she worked as a history and theory research assistant and as a teaching assistant for ecology, grading, and planting courses. After graduation, Taran co-taught courses in grading, planting, and stormwater management. She is excited to be based out of Houston, where she grew up.
