Part of a larger revitalization plan for the historic core of the City of Lynchburg, NBW designed a phased implementation plan for 20 acres closest to the James River. The plan includes a Festival Park, Riverwalk, Canal Park, street landscapes, and connections to the City. It incorporates innovative stormwater design strategies for the urban landscape.
