PROVIDENCE ROAD GARDEN : CHARLOTTE, NC
Nelson Byrd Woltz collaborated with the architect and client to site a modest house within a five-acre wooded site. The landscape design provides settings for the owners substantial sculpture collection, a walking/jogging trail, native fern and wildflower gardens, a pool, and minimal lawn area all carefully woven between existing trees (collaboration with William McDonough + Partners).
