This new 500-acre pedestrian-oriented community is located on northeast Florida’s Emerald Coast adjacent to the new town of Seaside. NBW designed the network of public spaces throughout the town - roads, walks, bike paths, the town green, neighborhood parks, pools, and stormwater ponds – in ways that celebrate the unique qualities of the regional landscape. Collaboration with Cooper, Robertson & Partners.
