This 500-acre pedestrian-oriented community is located along northeast Florida’s Emerald Coast adjacent to Seaside. Situated between the Gulf of Mexico and a freshwater lake, NBW designed all of the public spaces in ways to encourage awareness for the inherent beauty of the indigenous landscape. Collaboration with Cooper, Robertson & Partners.
