FORD ROUGE CENTER LANDSCAPE : DEARBORN, MI
Ford Motor Company, the icon of the American Industrial Revolution, declared its commitment in 1999 to a twenty-year renovation of the 1,300-acre Rouge River Manufacturing Facility to become a model of sustainable design. The design team created a master landscape vision that restores air, water, soil, and habitat quality through natural processes. Collaboration with William McDonough + Partners and D.I.R.T. Studio.
