AUTOMATED TRADING DESK : MT. PLEASANT, SC
Corporate headquarters sited on a 23-acre partially-wooded site outside of Charleston. The 70,000sf building is woven between existing trees and site ponds. Only one of the 80 two-foot diameter existing trees was removed for construction. Wildflower meadow, innovative stormwater collection, and pervious pavement support sustainable design objectives. Collaboration with Helfand, Myerberg, Guggenheimer Architects.
