Thursday, April 11, 2013, Thomas Woltz will be one of the keynote speakers at the 50th International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA) World Congress in Auckland , New Zealand. This year’s theme is “Shared Wisdom in an Age of Change”.
An exhibit of the work of Nelson Byrd Woltz will run from February 22nd through March 31st in the Victor Elmaleh Gallery at the University of Virginia School of Architecture. As part of the Myles H. Thaler lecture series, Warren Byrd will speak on March 4th and Thomas Woltz on March 25th.
The Woltz Symposium - QUASIOBJECTS / WORLDOBJECTS / HYPEROBJECTS: NEW CLASSIFICATIONS FOR THE URBAN METABOLISM - will be taking place Friday February 8th and Saturday February 9th at the University of Virginia Architecture School.
