![]() Dorothy Bothwell, Project Manager Dorothy Bothwell joined the New York office in the summer of 2008. A 1995 graduate of the University of Virginia with a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture, she has 14 years of professional experience. She has worked in various design and teaching capacities for Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates, New York City Parks and Recreation, Robert A. M. Stern Architect, Ken Smith Landscape Architect, Paolo Burgi Landscape Architect in Switzerland the New York Botanical Garden. In 2002, she started her own firm in Norwalk CT – Bothwell Site Design LLC. Dorothy holds a fine arts degree from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to graduate school, she was an assistant to the artist Mel Chin. Her background in fine arts informs her strong sense of conceptual design which she balances with a realistic sense of detail and budget. At NBW, she is currently working on a winery in Healdsburg CA. |
